The Harmony Creek Church Auction will soon be here….And we need your help!
Please submit your donations for the auction by November 18. Be creative!
Items that can have multiple winning bids are great, such as a dinner party for 8 with each seat sold separately.
Note: Bring Silent Auction Donations on the night of the auction.
Volunteers are needed to help prepare for the big day, to set up and clean up, and to serve food and drinks during the actual event.
Be sure to register to attend Auction night, preferably by November 25, so we have a good count for the evening. You don’t want to miss out on this awesome event! Cost is $10 per person paid in advance or at the door, however, if you donate a service or item for the auction, you will receive a half-price donor discount!

Now what happens on Auction Night?
|6:00 - 6:30 pm||Arrival & Check In ... pay a $10 participation fee (only $5 for donors!) and receive materials needed forbidding in both the Silent and Live Auctions.|
|6:30 - 7:30 pm||Silent Auction and Culinary Delights ... Silent Auction tables will open at 6:30. Descriptive cards will be placed with each item offered for bidding. To place a bid, write your bid amount and your bidding number on the card of the items you wish to purchase. Check back often to see if someone has topped your bid. The highest bidder gets the item. The Silent Auction will close at 7:30, so arrive early and bid often!|
|7:30 - 8:30 pm!||Live Auction ... Auctioneer Tim Lile will start the bidding on the Live Auction items at 7:30 p.m. Be prepared for side-splitting laughter!|
|8:30 - 9:00 pm||Dessert and Coffee ... Enjoy a selection of delicious desserts & coffee with your church family.|
|9:00 pm||Closing and Check Out|
This is an awesome, fantastic, and fun event….and also our biggest fund raiser of the year.
